About me and my therapy practice
In these challenging and uncertain times, I am offering online, telephone, or in-person sessions to support anyone dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or feelings of isolation. Whether you’re looking for a one-time session or longer-term support, I am here to help.
With over 15 years of experience as a counsellor, I believe that therapy can guide you through periods of mental distress and anxiety, helping you emerge stronger and more resilient. I recognize that the therapeutic relationship is a key element in facilitating positive change, and I strive to provide a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported.
Much of my career has been focused on working with people who struggle with addiction, and this experience has enriched my ability to offer effective support across a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family issues, and more.
My goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and provide the guidance needed to work through any obstacles you may be facing.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their ethical guidelines and professional standards in all of my work.
Practice description
I am currently offering therapy online and by phone. For clients who are unable to access therapy through these methods, I also have a counselling room in Hammersmith where I see clients face-to-face.
My first session
It's common to feel anxious about the first session, and by reaching out, you've already taken an important step towards support.
In our initial meeting, we will explore the reasons you're considering therapy, and you'll have the chance to ask any questions you might have. This session will also provide you with an opportunity to determine if I am the right therapist for you at this time.
