Practice description
I work face to face and can also make adjustments for young people who otherwise feel more comfortable to engage via virtual or telephone conversation.
Sessions are 50 minutes. I offer an initial consultation to assess the needs of your child taking into account mental health presentation and environmental factors to formulate a plan which will be explained in detail.

My first session
Initial consultations are 1 hour. This is an opportunity for us to meet and discuss your concerns. I run a full assessment. I may use diagnostic tools We will mutually agree whether I am the right Therapist to meet your needs. I can refer/signpost to other services.Types of therapy

The face-to-face sessions can be based in a private confidential room.
If you are bringing your child for their session, you are welcome to attend the session at your child’s discretion. We can discuss this prior to the meeting.
My first session
