About Me
With over 20 years’ experience supporting children and young people, I specialise in working with those facing mental health, emotional, and behavioural challenges. This includes individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, self-harm, risky behaviours, and neurodiverse children with co-existing mental health needs. I also have extensive expertise in supporting those at risk of exclusion, involvement in crime, or within the criminal justice system.
I provide tailored therapy sessions using an integrative approach that incorporates mindfulness, meditation, CBT-focused strategies, and talking therapy. As a fully qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor with training in art therapy, I offer a compassionate and holistic approach to mental health and well-being.

Practice description
Integrative Therapist, CBT, Talking, Creative Therapy for Children/Young People. Anxiety, OCD, Phobia, Anger, Self-Esteem, Identity issues, gender identity, sexual identity, low mood, self harm, Victims of crime/abuse.
My first session
Initial consultations are 1 hour. This is an opportunity for us to meet and discuss your concerns. I run a full assessment. I may use diagnostic tools We will mutually agree whether I am the right Therapist to meet your needs. I can refer/signpost to other services.What I can help with

Practice description
I work face to face and can also make adjustments for young people who otherwise feel more comfortable to engage via virtual or telephone conversation.
Sessions are 50 minutes. I offer an initial consultation to assess the needs of your child taking into account mental health presentation and environmental factors to formulate a plan which will be explained in detail.
