About me and my therapy practice
I have been counselling for over 10 years and have experience in working with many issues. In particular Trauma, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I am a qualified EMDR therapist and originally trained as a humanistic counsellor. I use EMDR for trauma and other issues, along with tools such as CBT and SFT.
Please contact me by phone 07929614447, email at sheppeycounsellingservice@hotmail.co.uk, or via my website at http://sheppeycounsellingservice.co.uk/index.php/contact-us/ general approach is person-centred, supporting you to understand how you see yourself and the world around you. I believe that only you have the expertise to understand your feelings, and I hope to create a safe space in which you can feel accepted and understood, and talk about anything that may concern you without judgement or fear.
