About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified humanistic counsellor, with experience in many areas of counselling including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression and relationship issues.
My approach is person-centred, supporting you to understand how you see yourself and the world around you. I believe that only you have the expertise to understand your feelings, and I hope to create a safe space in which you can feel accepted and understood, and talk about anything that may concern you without judgement or fear. By working in this way, we are able to explore how you feel about your life currently, and how you would like it to be.
I offer individual counselling for adults.I am an accredited, registered member of the BACP and a member of the EMDR association UK & Ireland.
I am a recognised provider of counselling/psychotherapy and EMDR therapy for Axa and Aviva insurance clients.

I have been counselling for over 10 years and have experience in working with many issues. In particular Trauma, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I am a qualified EMDR therapist and originally trained as a humanistic counsellor. I use EMDR for trauma and other issues, along with tools such as CBT and SFT.
