About me and my therapy practice
If you have found your way to this page it is likely that there are things in your life that you’re struggling with right now.
I am a person-centered therapist and although I work specifically with anxiety, I have many years experience working with a wide range of clients and presenting issues. This enables me to provide the best support to clients.
For over ten years I have been helping people to overcome their difficulties and empowering them to manage their well-being. As everyone is an individual, I use my experience to tailor all support to you.
I provide anxiety counselling, trauma support and counselling for phobias, as well as support with depression and confidence issues. If you are struggling or feeling unsure about your next steps, do get in touch for a friendly chat about your needs. I recognize it is not always easy to reach out for support and I am happy to chat through your options.
I take a holistic approach to your well-being and also have a strong interest in the healing power of Nature which forms part of my ongoing doctoral research.
As a vegan therapist I also offer a safe space for any vegan clients to navigate any particular issues they may be experiencing.
To discuss your needs and to get started do get in touch today. Together we’ll find out what it is that is getting in the way of things. We’ll then work through what is troubling you and I will give you the understanding, tools and techniques to help you to manage and overcome those negative feelings.
