About me and my therapy practice
Anxiety, depression, anger management, stress, addictions and trauma are some of the areas I regularly work with.
I have over 30 years experience working with individuals and couples.
My work integrates and is informed by a wide range of classical and contemporary approaches.
I integrate Humanistic, Gestalt, Attachment, EMDR and CBT into my work.
I avoid any sort of 'one size fits all' approach and instead offer a bespoke service individually tailored to what is most appropriate for a wide range of needs.
I have a particular interest in working with Neuro Divergence and I have specialist training in working in this area.
I also enjoy working with all aspects of difference, diversity and disability.
I am experienced in working with historic and recent trauma and I incorporate EMDR into my therapeutic work

I work from a self contained purpose built work room on the side of my home. Access and toilet facilities are completely independent and separate from my home.
