About me and my therapy practice
I am a Humanistic counsellor providing one to one counselling. I am a qualified and experienced therapist offering confidential and professional service to individuals and couples. I believe an overall aim of counselling is to provide people with space to talk and reflect on issues in their life that they feel are important and also ones that are causing distress.I see my role as a therapist is to build a trusting and productive working relationship with people while providing a safe environment where they can achieve further awareness, alongside exploring ways in which they can cope and manage better. I work wih the belief that you know how to support yourself and can solve your own problem, but sometimes you may get stuck in an unhelpful pattern and need someone else to help you get out of it.
I offer long and short term therapy and personal development. I specialise in couple counselling and family counselling. I work with clear structured boundaries and I am Registered with the BACP.

About me and my therapy practice
I provide supervision for counsellors and trainee counsellors.
I work with an integrative and holistic approach.
My belief is self care is crucial for counsellors and I strongly encourage those under my supervision to be mindful of this and support them in this. I believe we need to be in a good place ourselves if we want to support our clients.
Supervision can either be fortnightly or every 4 weeks.
