About me and my therapy practice

Thank  you for visiting my page. I am a qualified and accredited Integrative Counsellor & Supervisor based in London. I provide private counselling and clinical supervision in person and remote (Zoom, Teams & Skype).

One to one Counselling:

It’s common to feel anxious or unsure about the direction of your life. You may also find yourself struggling to understand some of your thoughts, emotions, or behaviours. Often, we naturally suppress what we deem as "unacceptable" or painful thoughts and experiences, hoping they’ll fade away. However, these unresolved feelings often resurface, affecting our self-worth and relationships.

During difficult times, there’s often pressure to “be strong” or to “move on” quickly. But what does being "strong" truly mean? How can you feel strong when you're not sure how to cope? This is where counselling comes in — to help you make sense of your feelings and find your own answers.

Whatever has brought you to seek therapy, I am here to offer a confidential, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings.

Supervision:

I am a trained Integrative Supervisor with experience in providing one-to-one and group supervision. I work with trainees and experienced professionals from a variety of therapeutic models and backgrounds.

With experience working in both private practice and organizational settings I offer tailored support that meets the needs of diverse therapeutic approaches.

The supervision space I provide is a confidential, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment where you can reflect on your clinical practice and personal growth. My goal is to create a supportive and restorative atmosphere that allows you to develop your skills, strengthen your professional resilience, and work through the challenges you encounter in your practice.

Practice description

As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs. This means I use a variety of tools and techniques, based on your individual circumstances, to offer you the most effective and personalised therapy.

I believe in creating a safe, open, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. The therapy is about you, and I maintain a respectful and collaborative approach throughout our work together. My primary goal is to ensure that you don’t have to face your challenges alone. By using my skills and expertise, I work with you at a pace and depth that suits you, helping you navigate through difficulties and empowering you to regain control of your life.

My approach is grounded in the belief that we all have the ability to regain control over our choices and actions. Together, we’ll explore the underlying factors impacting you right now, and work towards ways you can take charge and move forward with confidence.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. This experience has equipped me with the tools and insights to help you navigate through a variety of issues, no matter your background or personal circumstances.

My first session

In our first meeting, we’ll take time to understand who you are, your experiences, and the specific challenges you're facing. This session helps me get to know you as a person — not just your difficulties — and we’ll explore the best way forward, tailored to your individual needs.

Together, we will discuss what’s most important for you to focus on, whether that’s identifying the source of your struggles, understanding their impact on your life, or deciding what changes you would like to see.

We will also explore how you want to work together, your expectations, and any preferences you have for the process. By the end of this session, we’ll agree on the next steps for your counselling journey
