About me and my therapy practice

Hi my name is Nick and since 2008, I have been providing therapy to individuals who have struggled with feeling of low moods and self-esteem, sadness, stress, loneliness, relationship breakdowns and problems with intimacy as well as work related stress. Along with a range of issues from addiction, mental illness, abuse, including domestic violence and other traumas.

I also offer couple therapy.

My training was at a university where at first I completed a BSc in Psychology in 2008 and later an MSc in integrative counselling and Psychotherapy in 2012. Therefore, my work is grounded in the science of Psychology but I can utilize a range therapeutic models that included Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Existential.

I offer therapy to individuals on both a short term or long term basis. Each session lasts 50 minutes and my normal fee is from £60 dependent on location.

I offer therapy to couples. Each session lasts 50-60 minutes and my normal fee is £80.
