About me and my therapy practice

I work either over the telephone or online.

I work in a mainly person-centred way and I am client led. I will allow you to bring whatever you need to the sessions for us to explore and unpack together. We will work together to process emotions, thoughts and feelings and find ways to build on your own strengths going forward.

Practice description

I have worked for over 11 years in bereavement, working for a local charity. I also work for a Private organisation and working with cancer patients and employees who bring a range or problems and issues. I have experience working with anxiety and stress and have working with many university students.
