About me and my therapy practice
You don’t have to continue being weighed down by anxiety, depression, anger, perfectionism, or disappointment. I can help you live life according to what matters to you the most.
I have developed my practice in a way that that is direct and to the point yet supportive and encouraging. The majority of my psychotherapy work is centered around feelings of low mood and feeling stuck or powerless to change what has been bothering you. I offer a space to help you figure this out and move forward with your life.
My role is not to only listen to you, I see the work as a collaboration and I will challenge your thinking to help you move towards a more empowered way of looking at your life.
I conduct weekly psychotherapy sessions and executive coaching on these and a number of other issues in my Central London office. I accept Insurance and EAP Referrals.
I offer a discrete and professional service that is supportive, responsive and thought provoking.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified, accredited, registered therapist with 10 years’ experience providing a professional service – I have worked for thousands of hours with hundreds of clients from all backgrounds and lifestyles. Many clients come to me after receiving other therapy or counselling and are relieved to find that I offer a proactive and open dialogue that offers insight and feedback that encourages action and enables personal growth along with a renewed sense of control.
Therapy isn't something that is ‘done to you’ - it’s a collaborative process that evolves in a way that helps create results that can quite often be liberating. It is very much a case of the more you put in the more you get out of the session, which helps make therapy more productive and rewarding. This means I work in a way that will at times be direct, challenging and informative. And throughout the session, my priority is to accommodate you and focus solely on helping you to explore your own solutions. Our sessions are confidential, and I remain respectful of whatever has brought you to therapy.
Many clients find that as their self-awareness develops, they are able to find new ways of looking at old issues that previously seemed difficult to move past. Some clients simply require 2 or 3 sessions before being able to ‘reframe’ long-standing issues and to finally be free of the burden they have struggled with often for years. Others prefer to remain longer in therapy and the progress is reviewed regularly.
I offer payment plans when required and also offer reduced rates for students. Please feel free to give me a free confidential call to discuss further.
I also offer clinical supervision. Please contact me for more information.
Practice description
I offer a free 15 minute consultation call.
My first session
I offer a free initial telephone consultation which will help us decide if I can offer the right support. Once we have agreed to work together, I send a confirmation email which contains details about your first session including time and location.
The email will also include industry standard information about therapy for you to review prior to your first session.
Although there is no agenda, the first session often focuses on what has brought you to therapy, what your priorities are, should you have several issues you would like to address, and how you are feeling in the ‘here and now’. It can be a time when clients share their story, often for the first time, which in itself can bring a sense of immediate relief. We can then use this first session as a foundation from which to work together should you wish to do so.

About me and my therapy practice
I provide Clinical Supervision for Counsellors, Psychotherapists Therapists, Students, HCA's and people working in the Health & Social Care Sector.
My focus is safety and ethical practice and can support professionals working within a Psychodynamic, Humanistic or CBT Model.
I like to make my supervisory work empowering and safe and to help professionals develop their work in a way that works for them. I also have a particular interest in Safeguarding, Risk Assessment and professionals having to manage and adapt to large organisations. However I am also aware that private practice can be an isolating experience where professionals can feel as though they are out of touch with the wider profession.
I am a Counselling Lecturer who adheres to the BACP's Ethical Frame work.
