About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 16 years of experience.
I provide a bespoke service to individuals.
I am a caring and compassionate person who strives to create a trusting and secure environment. I offer a non-judgemental safe space, where you can talk about any issues you may want to bring to therapy, and work at a pace that suits you.
Are you experiencing emotional distress, feeling stuck or confused with your thoughts and feelings?
Are you feeling in a state of crisis?
Whether it is the past or current issues affecting your personal-professional life, I am here to help you.
My approach focuses on the mind-body connection. I use evidence-based practices to help clients gain greater insight and a deeper understanding of themselves and others. The therapeutic process can help clients identify the root cause of their problems and concerns.
Over the course of my career, I have seen the transformative impact that therapy can have on an individual's mental health and wellbeing.
Embarking on this journey can be the biggest investment for the rest of your life and also help benefit your loved ones too. This process can enable you heal from emotional distress and lead you to a happier and more fulfilled future.
