About me and my therapy practice
Throughout life we can all face many challenges and it often helps to talk to someone about our thoughts, feelings and experiences. At these times it may not feel comfortable or appropriate to talk to our friends or loved ones, or perhaps you feel that you don’t have anyone around you that you could go to for help and support.
With over ten years experience, I can offer you a supportive, safe and confidential space where you can explore and work through thoughts, feelings and choices without being judged. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to offer you the empathy and understanding you need. I understand the courage it takes to contact a counsellor so I continuously strive to provide the best therapeutic experience to my clients.
Practice description
I have professional training in Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural approaches and can offer short and long term therapy to people of all ages, tailored to suit your needs. Therapeutic sessions happen face-to-face, via telephone or online.
I am able to work with a broad range of issues such as addiction, anxiety, bereavement, childhood issues/trauma, depression, divorce, loss, relationships, self-esteem and stress. However I specialise in mental health, particularly anxiety, pre- and post-natal depression.
