About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced Accredited BACP Registered integrative relational therapist, which means that I use many different Psychological theories and approaches when I work. I am qualified to work with individuals and couples, offering both short term and long term therapy. In addition to this I am a qualified working supervisor to other therapists and provide appointments in two offices with parking.
I offer an initial no obligation, complimentary telephone consultation, where we can explore what your goals to therapy are and we can decide together how we will work to achieving these.
My first session
In the first session we get the opportunity to meet and further discuss your reasons for therapy, where we can explore your goals and how we aim to achieve these.
