About me and my therapy practice
Lack of clarity creates confusion and can be overwhelming. Navigating through the fog of unwelcomed and unexplained feelings and behaviours is challenging. Unpicking the tight knots that emerge is hard to do alone or even with a friend or family member. I can support you as we try and unpick those knots and go on to make sense of what we find.
We can explore the relationship between your inner and outer worlds which are impacting on you and in a safe and confidential space, and without judgement we can discover together how you can begin to live within these worlds more peacefully.
My initial training was in Person-Centred therapy. Over the years I have studied other modalities and systems which I incorporate into my work depending on the needs of my clients.
I have been a psychotherapist and counsellor for 20 years, in private practice, in schools and at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
I am a registered member of the BACP and follow their Code of Ethics and Practice.
