About me and my therapy practice
Hello. I am a person-centred counsellor and Focusing orientated psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer. I have many years of experience working with people just like you. I have worked in a variety of settings - including the NHS, local authorities and charitable. I work both long-term and short-term with adults over 18 and couples at my practice in Lewes. I also offer one-to-one and group supervision. I was a former lecturer at East Sussex College - teaching a B.A.C.P. accredited Person-Centred Counselling course
Practice description
I work both online and Face to Face.
My first session
In our first session, we will discuss how best we can work together. Our focus will touch upon many areas - including lifestyle ad longer-term issues/strategies/relationships that have affected your ability to manage your current struggles.
My aim is to work collaboratively with you and to develop a sense of creativity, curiosity, compassion and understanding. This, I believe is the recipe for managing our thoughts, feelings and behaviours and for healing past traumas and current distress.

About me and my therapy practice
I provide clinical supervision, both face-to-face and online. I have a wide variety of experience having worked in many settings - including the NHS, Local authority, Charitable, and EAP. I now work solely in private practice. I have also tutored and provided supervision to students studying at East Sussex College, Lewes.
I studied supervision training at the CSTD, London (Robin Shohet and Joan Wilmott). As such, I work with, and I am informed by, 'the 7-Eyed Model of Supervision' that Robin has developed with Peter Hawkins and others.
Practice description
I offer a creative, flexible and gently challenging space for you to enhance your unique ways of working and help develop and hold you in your practice.
My supervision practice is primarily person-centred It is also influenced and enhanced by my trainings in 'focusing orientated therapy', other humanistic, and CBT approaches.
My first session
