I provide a confidential counselling service in a safe, calm and compassionate environment. Here I can help you to explore your experiences, identify what you would like to change and any options available for a happier and more fulfilled life.
I primarily utilise Transactional Analysis psychotherapy integrated with different techniques from my continuing professional development. I am an accredited and registered member of the UKCP and a registered member of the BACP.
I have daytime and evening appointments available over the short or long term to suit your individual needs. I can offer face to face or online via Zoom. I offer a free no-obligation phone call to answer any questions that you may have.

About me and my therapy practice
I currently provide clinical supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors/psychotherapists, mental health workers and others working with adults and CYP's (11-18 yrs). I gained my Certificate in Supervision (December 2016) from the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy, Chorlton.
I am a UKCP Accredited and registered TA Psychotherapist and a Registered Member of the BACP.
I offer a humanistic and integrative supervisory approach informed by BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions 2018. My aim is to enable a respectful and collaborative supervisory relationship to facilitate continuing professional growth and development for all.
I think that this quote from Hawkins & Shohet(1989) explains what to expect from good supervision:-
'Supervision is a joint endeavor in which a practitioner with the help of the supervisor, attends to their clients, themselves as part of their client practitioner relationships and the wider systemic context, and by so doing improves the quality of their work, transforms the client relationships, continuously develops themselves, their practice and the wider profession.'
I can offer a free phone call / zoom call to explore the possibility of working together. Please do contact me further for more info.
