About me and my therapy practice
I am passionate about providing confidential help and support for adults who recognise they need a safe space to talk through worries and concerns and crossroads. My aim is to help you move to a more balanced, purposeful, and meaningful lifestyle. Person Centred is my way of being but sometimes I adapt to your specific needs and work using CBT, solution focussed and mindfulness approaches. I have a wide experience of working with relationship difficulties, workplace concerns, grief and loss, emotional distress and dealing with change, transition and trauma. Working globally has given me a very broad experience of supporting a wide range of people from different cultural backgrounds across the world and in the UK, and I am committed to make my services affordable but most of all, helpful. It’s good to talk! Counselling Helps!
Practice description
First and foremost I am a caring, professional and flexible therapist helping to make a positive difference to you. I follow an evidence based approach using comprehensive contracting documentation and measuring tools to help you to move forward. I currently have 2000 hours plus of evidence based face to face counselling experience over the past 14 years. Within the first three sessions I work together with you to establish the goals that you wish to achieve. I will continue to work with you as long as it is helpful to do so. Currently I am providing sessions via In-Person in Ealing or GoogleMeet/Zoom for video sessions. My current rate is £50 per 50 minute session. If money is really hard to come by, or if you are on benefits I also have two low cost slots per week which are currently available.

Practice description
Committed to the BACP Ethical Framework I aim to provide collaborative clinical supervision support to qualified practitioners and student counsellors.
