About me and my therapy practice

I have a passion for helping clients to understand themselves and what they are dealing with. My approach to counselling is where you can share your thoughts, worries and feelings in a highly confidential and trusting environment.

The hardest part is to make that first call but it is the start to helping yourself take better control of your life.

The practice is a completely separate area to protect confidentiality and is very comfortable and welcoming.
