About me and my therapy practice
I live in the Republic of Ireland now so mostly work online (secure video conferencing and telephone).
Hi, I’m Eve,
I work mostly with women and men who seem to have everything sorted but, beneath the surface, are struggling with trauma, anxiety, stress, sleep issues or simply sensing there's more to life, wanting more purpose, meaning and joy.
You're so much more than what you've survived or what you're going through.
Might your past be what helps you shine brightly enough to support others?
Would you like my support as you learn to heal your own mind, body, heart and soul?
If you're ready to prioritise your mental health and wellbeing, I can help you create and sustain a happier, fuller and more peaceful life.
I am a self-care coach, integrative therapist (BACP and IACP accredited psychosynthesis counsellor) and supervisor for your mind, body, heart and soul.
It's a holistic approach which includes a somatic approach (working with the body), psychoeducation around rewiring the brain and retraining the nervous system as well as energy work and traditional talk therapy.
Also Past Chair for BACP Coaching and the author of 365 Ways to Feel Better: Self-care Ideas for Embodied Wellbeing (White Owl, 2017), you can access free bonus videos, meditations, articles and more to help yourself right now at selfcarecoaching.net
If you like what you see (re my approach, fees etc), you can book a free, no obligation telephone consultation via the short form at selfcarecoaching.net/contact
I can get a sense of how we might work together and the best way to support you moving forward if that’s appropriate and you can see how comfortable you feel talking to me.
I look forward to hearing from you and, if we work together, to supporting you in helping yourself.
