About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in working with individuals and couples on relationship and sexual issues. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for adults of all ages, cultural backgrounds, and sexual orientations. I believe each relationship is unique, so I take a flexible approach depending on the individual's or couple's needs and objectives.
In addition to my private practice, I work at Tavistock Relationships - the world-leading centre of excellence for clinical work, research and training in couple counselling. I also have many years' experience of working in the NHS at St Bartholomew's and The Royal London Hospitals.
Areas of particular interest include pre-marital counselling, the sexual relationship, pressures of parenthood, infertility, and long-term relationship challenges. I also have expertise in alleviating depression and anxiety caused or maintained by relationship problems.
In addition to seeing clients in-person, I have been working online since 2018 - 2 years before Covid - with clients as far afield as Australia and Nigeria. I have found online to be an effective method to provide helpful therapy.
