About me and my therapy practice
My background is in psychodynamic counselling. This means that I work with the unconscious mind. Past events can leave an imprint in our lives which sometimes influence our decisions without us being consciously aware of the forces that is guiding our action. I provide a safe space to help you think about and process events that has happened in your life. I am an experienced psychotherapist, who is very skilled at integrating my knowledge and technique to work with a wide range of mental health conditions. I offer both time limited and open opened therapy. We usually discuss your preference in our consultation or at the first session.
