About me and my therapy practice
I work with an integrative approach to therapy with a particular focus on the 'I, thou relationship'. It is well documented that the therapuetic relationship is a large predictor of outcome. My specialities are addictions (sex, substance, behavioural), trauma (developmental and episodic), personal development, relationships, psychosexual issues and anxiety.

Practice description
I with clients in person, via telephone and video calls to suit the client need and convenience. I work from my home office in the Derbyshire Countryside of Glapwell, equidistance from Chesterfield and Mansfield.
My first session
My first session consists of a normal 50 minute session, to acscertain need and whether we would be a good fit for each other. I have a Humanistic aproach to assessment in that I beleive it is ever evolving and by nature ongoing.
