About me and my therapy practice
As an Integrative psychotherapist, and Systemic and Family Psychotherapist, I am trained in a range of counselling and psychotherapy approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Systemic and Person-Centred counselling in order to personalise the therapy according to individual needs.
I am experienced in working with a range of issues including: anxiety, stress, low mood/depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, abuse, displacement, sexuality, diversity-related issues and loss/bereavement.
Aside from private practice, I am a trainer supporting organisational development in areas such as safeguarding, reflective practice, stress and vicarious trauma.I am an accredited registered member of BACP and also professionally registered with the UKCP.
