I offer f2f counselling, telephone counselling or video counselling (Individuals only).

I work as an Integrative therapist, using Psychodynamic counselling, Sensorimotor psychotherapy, TA, Person-centred counselling and CBT according to what will be most useful to my clients.

I am a Trauma Specialist and am particularly interested in parenting and relationship issues, and mindfulness.

I am experienced in anxiety, depression and workplace stress.

I am a fully qualified Counsellor with additional couples counselling training from Relate. I also have Trauma and Advanced Trauma Training from the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute. My Mindfulness Training is from the Oxford Mindfulness Centre.

Counselling is available to Individuals, Couples, Young People & Children. I am a Trauma Specialist, working both with individuals and with groups of Employees and Managers after a Critical Incident.

Supervision is available for Counsellors & Members of Caring Professions.

Training is available for Groups & Organisations, including Schools and Children's Centres, and I am available for Managerial Consultancy within companies. 

Critical Incident Management and Stress Management is offered for both large Organisations and small Businesses when a trauma has occurred within the company. 

I use various models of working including CBT, Short Term Focused Counselling, Psychodynamic Counselling, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Mindfulness. 

I am happy to work f2f, or with telephone or video supervision.

I am qualified to supervise therapists of many modalities and also to supervise people working in the caring profession.
