About me and my therapy practice
I am a Person Centred / Integrative Counsellor, Psychotherapist and qualified Clinical Supervisor. I have a firm belief in the individual and believe that with the right therapeutic relationship a person can make life changing choices. I will acknowledge you as a unique individual and your personal experiences.
Our relationships are a major part of our lives. When our relationships fail to thrive, then as individuals, we struggle. Just as every individual is unique, so is every relationship. From my experience, couples come for counselling for many reasons; they may be looking for ways to revive, repair or rekindle their relationship or they may be looking for a means to separate as amicably as possible. Whatever the reason, the counselling and psychotherapy experience can be rewarding.

About me and my therapy practice
As a Supervisor, I offer and seek to develop a relationship that is built on mutual respect, trust and honesty.
My supervisory space is collaborative, educative, informative and restorative.
I bring a wealth of knowledge related to clinical work, training, processes and working through ethical dilemmas.
My space honours the work between supervisee and client, recognising the varying needs of supervision for trainees, counsellors, psychotherapists and those working in healthcare professions, which will be agreed via a formal contract.
I offer a space that allows supervisees to bring their whole being into a safe space to understand the processes taking place in their relationship with their client, enabling them to become more congruent and effective in that relationship.
As a Supervisor and Registered/Accredited member of the BACP I hold in my working awareness the accountability and candour that is expected of supervisees.
Although my practice is held within the BACP ethical framework I will seek to honour the ethical framework of the supervisee with the understanding that the client work will be the primary focus.
