About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced counsellor and supervisor, with over 10000 hours of face to face (and video) work with clients. I personally work in an integrative way, although my supervision training allows me to see people from all modalities. I also supervisee people who work in other related industries such as teaching, social work etc.
Practice description
I qualified as a supervisor in 2012, and have been seeing therapists for supervision since then. I recently provided supervision for a local charity, looking after a mix of therapists from students to experienced volunteers.
Sessions can be online or in person at my Kettering office. We will have a contract to cover our supervision sessions. Sessions can be hourly or 1.5 hours, according to your needs.
I am happy to provide reports for therapists in training.
I deliver a supportive and encouraging way of supervising therapists, robust but non-judgemental. Supervision is not about me being an expert in therapy, because I'm not. However, I provide a place to discuss work with clients, to explore and speculate, and to make sure that practice is delivered safely and is of benefit to both client and therapist.

CBT, Eclectic, Integrative, Person centred, Psychodynamic
