Practice description
As a humanistic counsellor, I use a client-centered approach to provide a compassionate and supportive space for personal growth. I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework, ensuring the highest standards of care. I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and have experience supporting young adults in schools, giving me a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both young adults and adults. I offer face-to-face sessions at the Forest Therapy Centre in South Woodford, London, in comfortable, safe, and discreet rooms, just one minute from the train station and with nearby parking. Additionally, I offer online sessions to ensure flexibility and convenience in accessing support.My first session
