I offer in-person sessions every Thursday morning at the IDOS Health & Wellbeing Centre, situated at St Peter’s Wharf, NE6 1TZ, Newcastle Upon Tyne. For added flexibility, I’m also open to providing online sessions when suitable.
About me and my therapy practice
I work part-time as a counsellor, supporting a maximum of six individuals at a time. This approach allows me to dedicate my full attention to each person I have the privilege of guiding.
I want to help you understand—what ignites your passions, drives your ambitions, and fills your days with purpose. What inspires you to rise each morning and embrace the world? What fills your heart with joy and meaning? I care about your past only as it shapes who you are today, influencing your journey and the person you’ve become.
I specialize in Psychosynthesis counselling, a holistic approach designed to integrate and balance the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical dimensions of our human experience.
Engaging in counselling over a medium to long-term commitment provides an opportunity for gradual exploration and self-discovery, fostering a deeper connection and understanding.
Counselling is a collaborative journey where I walk beside you, providing professional support, expertise, and guidance as you navigate life’s challenges. Reach out today for a no-obligation conversation
Practice description
Roberto Assagioli, a contemporary of Freud and Jung, founded Psychosynthesis Psychology, emphasizing humanity's innate drive toward wholeness and the pursuit of a deeper, more authentic experience of the Self.
Psychosynthesis is a holistic approach to psychology, offering a framework that integrates the spiritual, emotional, cognitive, and physical dimensions of human experience.
This approach helps individuals make sense of their experiences by exploring the influence of the past on the present, fostering growth and self-awareness in the process.
As a qualified counsellor, I am committed to deepening my expertise by advancing my training to the psychotherapy level. I also receive regular supervision to ensure the highest quality of care in my work with clients. To make my services more accessible, I offer sessions at an affordable rate of £45.
My first session
To help you explore whether my approach aligns with your needs, I provide a complimentary 30-minute telephone consultation. This introductory conversation allows us to discuss your goals and gives you an opportunity to learn more about how I work.
The initial session offers a chance to discuss your goals and discover how I can best support your journey.
After determining the focus of our work, we will meet weekly for six sessions. If we both feel that additional sessions would be beneficial, we can extend our work together.
Each counselling session lasts 50 minutes.
