Hi, I’m Jess!, I’m an Integrative therapist, meaning I blend a variety of methods, such as person centred, psychodynamic and existential ,to offer you the best tailored support.
I am a warm and compassionate therapist, enabling a safe environment where I hope you feel seen and understood. I work in a collaborative way - I believe that a therapist who meets you half way, is part of meaningful ,effective therapy.
I currently hold sessions online and in person for long standing clients who want to move the work to in person.

About me and my therapy practice
Therapy is a process that takes time - my main aim is to create an environment where you feel seen, heard and safe enough to share.
As humans we are made up of lots of different parts - I hope to create a space where we can shed light on those, helping you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
Practice description
Areas of interest - I work with a range of issues such as Anxiety, depression, body image, self esteem, sexual abuse, childhood trauma. I also bring somatic approaches to therapy for clients who want useful tools to take away with them, such as - EFT Tapping and grounding techniques.
You may be finding life more stressful at the moment, dealing with anxiety or panic attacks ,struggling with relationships or maybe something has cropped up from the past that needs working through. I know therapy can seem an overwhelming thought at times, but my aim is to show you it can be a space to breath, re-connect with yourself and move forwards in a meaningful way. I hope to show you a safe space, where authenticity is welcomed and championed.
My first session
My first session with you will focus on whats been happening for you, that may be affecting your daily life.
This could be things from the past or maybe something in the present. My aim is to get a overall sense of where you're at and where you're wanting to go.
