About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative counsellor working from a creative, relational, and trauma-informed framework, tailoring therapy to each individual.
I offer counselling for adults in a compassionate space where experiences, identities, and ways of being are met with curiosity and understanding. Alongside talk therapy, I integrate creative approaches like sandtray work and psychoeducation to deepen self-awareness.
As a qualified educator and trainer, I lecture in counselling skills and theory. I am committed to ongoing learning and self-care to ensure I show up fully for my clients.
Practice description
I offer online and in-person sessions in Exeter, Devon.
Sessions are held weekly at the same time for consistency and support. Each 50-minute session is £50.
My practice is neurodivergent, trans, queer, and gender non-conforming positive—you are welcome as you are. With lived experience of neurodiversity, I celebrate difference and adapt my approach to honour each person’s uniqueness.

My first session
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call where we can get to know each other, discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, and explore how I can support you.
My goal is to ensure I provide a safe, supportive space for you and your concerns. Equally important, I want you to feel comfortable and confident in your choice of therapist. If we decide we’re a good fit, you’re welcome to book further sessions.
