About me and my therapy practice

I am a psychodynamic trained counsellor. I currently offer on line and telephone counselling only. Psychodynamic counselling is a talking therapy.

Practice description

Each session is 50 minutes long, payment may be given before the session or is expected within one week after the session.

I can offer open ended sessions or time limited sessions.

Frequency of sessions offered is weekly or fortnightly.

My first session

Before a first session I offer a 10 minute phone call.

I request a short registering form to be completed before or during the first session.
