About me and my therapy practice
Do you ever feel like you’re stuck in your own head, overthinking everything and doubting yourself? Maybe you’re navigating big life changes, feeling like everyone else has it figured out while you’re just trying to keep up. Whether it’s anxiety, low self-esteem, or feeling lost, therapy can help you make sense of it all.
I take a person-centred, flexible, and collaborative approach to therapy, ensuring that our work together is tailored to your unique needs. My sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My role isn’t to tell you what to do—it’s to support you in finding your own answers and to help you feel more confident in yourself.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I focus on what feels right for you. Whether you need structure and clear goals or a space to talk things through freely, I adapt to your needs. I work in a way that is relaxed and conversational, allowing you to bring whatever is on your mind without pressure.
I have experience working with young adults, neurodivergent clients, and LGBTQ+ individuals, and I strive to make therapy as accessible and affirming as possible. My work often focuses on anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and emotional well-being, but therapy with me is led by you—there are no expectations of what you "should" bring.
Since I offer online therapy, you can access support from wherever you feel most comfortable, as long as you are in a confidential space. My goal is to help you untangle your thoughts, build self-understanding, and find a way forward that works for you.
However you show up, I’ll meet you where you are.
Practice description
Life can be messy, overwhelming, and confusing—but you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Maybe anxiety is keeping you up at night, self-doubt is holding you back, or you're navigating changes that feel too big to handle. Therapy offers a space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, to make sense of your thoughts and emotions, and to reconnect with yourself.
I work online, making therapy more accessible and flexible—so you can get support from wherever you feel most comfortable. My approach is person-centred and client-led, meaning I won’t sit there analysing you or telling you what to do. Instead, I’ll listen, reflect, and help you understand yourself better, at your own pace.
I specialize in working with young adults, neurodivergent individuals, and the LGBTQ+ community, offering a safe, affirming space to explore identity, manage stress, and build confidence. Whether you need structured support or just a space to talk things through, our sessions will be shaped around you.
If you’re unsure about starting therapy, I offer a free 20-minute consultation—no pressure, just a chance to see if we’re the right fit.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute consultation so you can get a feel for how I work and decide whether therapy with me feels right for you. There’s no pressure—just a chance to chat, ask any questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
If you decide to continue, sessions are 60 minutes long and take place at a regular time each week. I offer evening and weekend availability to make therapy easier to fit into your life.
I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone, but I understand that cost can sometimes be a barrier. My standard session rate is £60 per session, but I offer a limited number of concessionary slots for those who may not otherwise be able to access support. If finances are a concern, please reach out—we can discuss what feels affordable for you.
Since sessions are held online, you can access support from wherever you feel most comfortable—no stressful commutes, no waiting rooms, just a space where you can talk openly at your own pace.
