About me and my therapy practice

There are many misconceptions about therapy. At its core it can be as simple as this: you bring the things that are weighing on you, lay them out between us, and together, we’ll sort through them. With patience and care, I will help you to begin to untangle what’s troubling you through our conversations, identifying what matters most in the moment. Typically, we’ll focus on one issue at a time, diving deeply into it, looking at it from fresh angles, and exploring its many layers. Over time, we may uncover the underlying blocks that have been holding you back, preventing you from making the changes you desire in your life.

Whether you're facing a specific issue, feeling unhappy with your life at a more fundamental level, or seeking more meaning, I’m here to support you in gaining clarity, acceptance, and a fresh perspective. I believe everyone has the potential for growth, no matter their circumstances. Crises can be opportunities for transformation, teaching us new ways to move forward and live more fully.

Practice description

I offer 50 minute online sessions. The way I work Is one-to-one weekly therapy. I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions to begin which provides an opportunity to continue into long term therapeutic work. Our work together will be a unique journey, guided by my experience as a transpersonal and integrative counsellor. I draw from a rich variety of techniques and approaches, tailoring them to your needs and what resonates most with you. We’ll do what feels right in the moment to guide you toward healing, clarity, and growth. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner resources, discover new ways of thinking and being, and empower you to move forward with a sense of purpose and balance.

I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling. I have a background in art, nightlife and the creative industries.

I favour a conversational approach that contrasts with the stereotype of a detached, 'neutral' clinician, responding to what is arising between us. My aim is to foster insights, diminish shame, and enhance the intimacy that plays a crucial in the therapeutic relationship which we will develop. This dynamic can aid understanding and help facilitate changes which you wish to make.

My first session

I offer a free 10-minute audio or video call where we can discuss what brings you to therapy and see if we’re a good fit for each other. If you decide to move forward with me, I’ll send you a questionnaire before the first session to gather some background information, so we can get to work right away. I’m based in East London, but I’m currently only seeing online clients. Once we schedule a session, I’ll send you a Google Meet link to join.

Please drop me a message to find out about availability, rates and arrange your free call.
