I offer online or face - to - face evening sessions Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. I also offer sessions on Friday Mornings.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified psychodynamic therapist, having trained at the Manor House Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy. With experience in both community settings and private practice, I have supported adults from diverse backgrounds within NHS teams and mental health charities.

My approach is relational and psychodynamic, meaning our therapeutic relationship is central to the process. The therapy I offer provides a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships in a confidential and inclusive environment.

I work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences, but my focus is seeing you as a whole person rather than a set of difficulties.

I offer both long term, and short term therapy, either online or at my practice rooms in North London.

My aim is to create a brave, honest, and liberating space with you, so you can hold a deeper relationship with yourself, and move forward in the world with more ease.

What are the next steps?

Starting therapy is a significant step, and it’s important to find the right fit. I begin with a brief phone call to see if working together feels right. If we proceed, an initial consultation provides an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain. It is also a chance for us to discuss the practical aspects of working together.

Sessions are 50 minutes weekly at a set time. My fee is £70 per session, invoiced monthly.

I look forward to meeting you.
