About me and my therapy practice

1:1 adult and adolescence psychodynamic therapy

Practice description

I hold a masters in psychodynamic psychotherapy from the University of Essex.

I offer a safe space in which my clients can be open and comfortable in discussing a multiple of life’s hurdles. I do so in a way that is personable and relatable to my client as I believe that therapy should be accessible to all.

I have vast experience of working in multiple locations. I have worked with a variety of clients from adolescence to those looking for clarification much later in life.

My first session

Initial Assessment time is 90 minutes at a rate of £75
