About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative counsellor, which means I can offer you a tailored plan for your needs via online video call or phone. I specialise in anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement , relationship issues . I also specialise in helping LGBTQ+ clients, giving them a supportive environment to explore identity and societal/ family pressures and other issues . I have been an hypnotherapist and stress management consultant for 14 years helping many clients and have learnt techniques I can use in my counselling practice.
Practice description
Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected? Maybe you are navigating anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, self-doubt , struggling to balance life's demands or struggling with your sexuality. Are you ready to take that courageous step towards change, even if it might feel daunting? Whether you are exploring identity, managing relationship challenges, healing from past trauma or trying to make sense of life's complexities , I am here to listen and help you move forward with your life, tailoring a plan to help you take back control and find emotional freedom and peace. In my practice I offer an inclusive non-judgemental space where you are truly listened to and heard with empathy and compassion. Sometimes the hardest step is the first step and I am available to help you find clarity and hope with that first step. It's ok to not be ok.
I believe that therapy should be available for all, so I offer concessions to seniors, students, keyworkers and clients on low-income (proof needed).
I am available via video call , phone and if you are local to me in Essex I offer home visits.
My first session
I offer our initial assessment session free , where we will complete the assessment together. This also allows you to decide if I am the right counsellor for you, to make sure we are a good fit, which I feel is very important for our work together.
During the session we can discuss your reasons for seeking counselling, maybe certain issues you would like to address. We can talk about how I work and answer any questions you may have.
If you decide to proceed , we will develop a plan together which is tailored to your goals and needs.
My aim is to ensure you feel heard, respected and empowered on your counselling journey.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey to emotional well-being.
