About me and my therapy practice

Life is a journey, often filled with moments of joy, challenge, and reflection. As an integrative psychotherapist, I provide a nurturing and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your inner world and discover pathways to healing and growth.

With a holistic approach, I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities—including humanistic, Internal family system(IFS), psychodynamic, mindfulness, and more—to create a truly personalized experience. My aim is to meet you where you are and guide you toward where you wish to be.

Practice description

As an integrative therapist, I support clients in addressing challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and trauma by exploring their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. My approach is tailored to each individual, creating treatment plans that respect their unique experiences and evolving needs.

I focus on building a trusting therapeutic relationship and providing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and patterns. By empowering clients to take an active role in their healing, I help them cultivate greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and emotional resilience.

Working with individuals, I aim to guide clients toward navigating life’s complexities, rediscovering their strengths, and achieving meaningful growth and well-being. 

My first session

In our first session, we’ll have the chance to get to know each other and start exploring what brings you to therapy. Here’s what to expect:

Intro & Overview: I’ll explain how therapy works and answer any questions you might have.

Your Story: We’ll talk about the challenges or goals that led you here, whether it’s emotions, relationships, or personal growth.

Your Background: We’ll touch on any experiences or relationships that might be affecting how you’re feeling right now.

Next Steps: We’ll figure out a plan that works for you, including meeting every week at the same time.

Contract: We’ll also go over and sign a simple contract that outlines the terms of our work together, including confidentiality and expectations.

Feel free to bring:

A list of things you’d like to work on or any questions you have.

Any relevant documents, like past therapy notes or medical info, if that feels helpful.

I’m here to create a space where you feel comfortable and supported. There’s no rush—just take it at your own pace, and I’m here to guide you along the way.
