About me and my therapy practice
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to find meaning, you’re not alone. Life’s struggles can weigh us down, leaving us feeling adrift, as if there’s an invisible barrier between us and the life we want to live. I understand that place - I’ve been there too. My own experience in therapy has shown me the profound impact of being truly understood. Therapy, to me, is more than just a space to talk; it’s where genuine transformation can unfold.
