About me and my therapy practice

My approach is relational, as I believe the effectiveness of therapy is largely determined by the quality of the relationship between the client and therapist.

I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where any issue can be explored , with a strong focus on respect, integrity, and confidentiality.

I trained as an attachment-based psychoanalytic psychotherapist and my clinical work is particularly influenced by attachment and psychodynamic theories .

I offer short-term counselling and open ended psychotherapy to meet each individual's needs .

Practice description

I work face-to-face from my consulting room near Oxford Circus and Redbridge .

My first session

At an initial consultation provides an opportunity for us to meet and gain a basic picture of the problems or struggles you are experiencing .

in most cases new clients will require 2 initial consultations . these firsts sessions provide sufficient times to take a full history and can help you decide if this type of therapy is suitable for you .
