About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist informed by my training in psychodynamic, person-centred and relational therapy. I combine a variety of techniques to fit the needs of my clients, all of whom are completely individual which is why I do not have a 'one size fits all'. I have a particular interest in ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) and have experience working in the NHS and also as an online therapist working with struggles such as anxiety, depression, anger and low self-esteem.
I have a commercial background of over 10 years in Relationship and Sales Management during which time I deepened my understanding of people and their behaviour in a variety of settings. I also gained insight into motivational work to support personal and professional development alongside considering leadership, work-life balance and stress management. My interest in people and behaviours I believe stemmed from extensive voluntary work in the Youth Offending sector coupled with my degree in Sociology.

My first session
Please get in touch to arrange a free consultation over the phone and to hear about my up to date availability.
Our therapy sessions would be held weekly at the same time and day each week to retain consistency which is necessary to allow for a safe and secure therapeutic relationship. I am currently offering virtual sessions via video call which I have had extensive experience in alongside face to face work, however the online approach has been proven to be equally effective therapeutically and offers you the ability to have therapy in a safe space which you choose.
I offer concessionary rates for student therapists in training.
