About me and my therapy practice
I work with highly sensitive adults who want to make sense of their emotions, rebuild self-trust, and regain the confidence to show up in their lives authentically.
If you often feel like your emotions are overwhelming, like the anxiety is always just below the surface, or low mood makes it hard to get through the day I see you.
Maybe you find yourself overthinking every decision or doubting your worth, unsure if you can trust your own instincts because you've learned to silence how you're feeling and get on with it. You might feel disconnected from yourself, as though the world is moving too fast and you're struggling to keep up.
Helping emotionally sensitive people like you gain self-confidence, gaining a better understanding of your emotional world, and to feel grounded in who you are is the foundation of my work.
Fixing you is not the goal. Helping you return home to yourself is.
A calmer, at ease, confident you starts here.
Practice description
I run an online practice only, that takes place via Google Meet.
I take on an integrative (blended) approach, trained in Person-centred therapy aided with low-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy in sessions, where appropriate.
I can support you to autonomously explore present struggles including thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviour that have affected your mental wellbeing through these therapy approaches.
We will work together to identify the roots of what you're struggling with aiming to understand and address it. I offer both short and long-term counselling so, I can work at your pace. You no longer have to stay silent. When you are ready, book your free 15-minute initial consultation to talk about next steps and what your sessions can look like.
If you book your first counselling session within 24 hours of your initial consultation, you'll receive a £5 discount.
My first session
In your first session, I will briefly go over the counselling agreement with you to check understanding and/or if you have any questions.
I will then conduct a wellbeing assessment with you to capture where you are at currently. From there, the session will progress into talking about what has brought you to counselling.
