About me and my therapy practice
I work with adults who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, yet struggle to fully understand why. I offer support in making sense of your emotions, understanding feelings, and helping you learn how to trust them.
Together, we’ll gently explore what’s been weighing on you, creating a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can unpack your pain and begin to understand it.
My goal is to help you connect with yourself on a deeper level, trust your emotions, and honor your humanity. Through this journey, many of my clients find greater self-awareness, improved emotional mental wellbeing, and a renewed sense of balance in their lives.
Practice description
I run an online practice only, that takes place via Google Meet.
I take on an integrative approach, trained in person-centered therapy aided with low-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy in sessions. I can support you to autonomously explore present struggles including thoughts, feelings, and emotions that have affected your mental wellbeing through the blend of these approaches.
My aim is to collaboratively work with you in achieving your goals and expectations and encourage improved mental health wellbeing. I offer short and long-term counselling therefore, I can work at your own pace. I invite you to book your free up to 30-minute initial consultation with me, to understand the way I work and decide if we are a good fit.
My first session
In your first session, I will briefly go over the counselling agreement with you to check understanding and/or if you have any questions.
I will then conduct a wellbeing assessment with you to capture where you are at currently. From there, the session will progress into talking about what has brought you to counselling.
