About me and my therapy practice
My training has been Integrative, which means I have learnt many different therapeutic approaches and techniques. This enables me to work in a tailored way to meet your individual needs.
I believe the key factor for healing in psychotherapy and counselling is the relationship between the therapist and client. I encourage you to have introductory calls with a few therapists to find someone who feels the ‘right fit’.
Practice description
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist working in person in Winchester, as well as online. I provide a safe, warm, non judgemental space where you can explore your feelings, be curious about who you are and why, and find ways to move forward in an authentic way.
I know making the decision to see a therapist can be overwhelming and scary as I have been there too. But therapy transformed my life, and I hope it can do the same for you too.
