About me and my therapy practice

In my practice, I provide a supportive and confidential space to explore your experiences. I focus on how past and present relationships—whether with others or yourself—shape your life. Our sessions are collaborative, helping you uncover patterns and develop self-awareness to bring about meaningful change. Using techniques tailored to your needs, I aim to create a balance of challenge and support, fostering growth and resilience. Together, we address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and navigating neurodiversity.

My first session

I offer a free 15-minute phone call to discuss your needs and expectations for therapy. This call helps us determine if my approach aligns with what you’re looking for. If you decide to proceed, your first full session is offered at a reduced rate of £30. This session allows us to explore your goals in more depth and begin to establish a therapeutic relationship in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
