About me and my therapy practice
I’m a psychodynamic psychotherapist dedicated to providing a safe, empathetic, and inclusive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. I have extensive experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including young adults, neurodiverse clients, and those navigating life transitions, identity issues, or mental health difficulties.
I understand that seeking therapy is a significant step, and my aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we will work towards uncovering underlying patterns, developing self-awareness, and finding ways to navigate life’s challenges.
I work from a psychodynamic perspective, which means I focus on understanding how past experiences and unconscious processes shape current behaviours and relationships. However, my approach is flexible and tailored to meet your unique needs. I integrate person-centred and culturally sensitive principles to ensure therapy is accessible and meaningful to you.
Practice description
Sessions with me are collaborative and non-judgmental. I offer a compassionate environment where you can safely explore difficult emotions and experiences. Whether you’re seeking clarity, relief, or personal growth, I will support you every step of the way.I believe that therapy should be accessible to all, regardless of financial situation, while also ensuring that my practice remains sustainable. I offer a sliding scale fee system to meet the varying needs of my clients.
• Standard Fee: £70 per 50-minute session
This is the full rate for my services.
• Concessionary Rate: £50-£60 per 50-minute session
A limited number of lower-cost spaces are available for clients experiencing financial constraints. If affordability is a concern, please get in touch to discuss it with me.

My first session
I offer a free 20-minute phone or video consultation to help us determine whether I am the right therapist for you. This is a no-pressure opportunity to ask questions and share what’s bringing you to therapy.
In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, exploring what’s currently happening in your life, and identifying areas you may want to work on. We’ll also discuss your expectations for therapy, whether this is your first time or you’ve had previous experience.
All sessions are confidential, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel at ease. Together, we’ll build a trusting relationship that allows us to explore what’s troubling you and develop strategies to help you navigate your challenges.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, but it’s a courageous first step toward understanding yourself and finding a way forward. I’m here to support you every step of the way
