About me and my therapy practice
Hey, my name is Alex and, whatever the season of life you're in right now, I can support you through it.
I have a BACP approved integrative counselling qualification and also work with Mind and Mental Health Matters, helping adults through depression, bereavement, anxiety, LGBTQ+ and anger management.
Whether you have a specific issue you want to talk about or are interested in diving deeper into what makes you the unique person you are, I am here to listen in a safe, non judgemental space.
Practice description
Every person is different, with unique challenges and view on life. I am passionate about knowing who you are as an individual and want to learn how you see the world .
Once we have built up a therapeutic relationship of trust and respect, I aim to help you navigate whatever has brought you to counselling and guide you to a better space.
My first session
First of all, we would have a 15 minute chat on the phone to discuss what you're looking for from our work together and what your availability is.
The first session would be an assessment, where we would look in more detail about what you are looking to achieve from counselling, as well as an opportunity for us to get to know each other better.
All sessions are 50 minutes long and can take place online or face to face.
