About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and I am trained to use different tools and techniques to help you find a way through what you’re experiencing in life. Everything I do is focused on what you talk about and wish to change- I don’t give directions or make judgements. What I can do is help you understand yourself and what you need with empathy, compassion and understanding.
Practice description
I work either from a therapy room in Yateley or online. You can expect a warm welcome and a calm, accepting approach from me. The therapy relationship between us will develop and change over time, and my clients feel secure in the knowledge that I am a reliable and trustworthy therapist.
