About me and my therapy practice
I can offer you a safe space where you can talk openly and freely about any issues that you may have. I am not here to judge, nor will I give you advice; you can treat me as a companion on your journey of discovery. Happiness comes from a better understanding of yourself through self-acceptance and self-awareness. I like to work with the visceral senses from a humanistic point of view. You will always lead our sessions, but I will be there for you all the way to offer you a guided hand and a perspective on your thoughts and feelings. Sometimes, all we want is a listening ear and someone we can talk to and I hope to be that person.
Practice description
Life can be challenging at times, and I know what that can be like. Growing up, I always felt not accepted, feeling othered, feeling like I didn't belong, and going through several career changes. I also have experience in HR, and I have dealt with disciplinaries and grievances in my previous jobs. Whatever you're feeling, know that you're not alone.

Feel free to drop me an email or a phone call, and we can go from there. I think at the heart of therapy is the relationship between us so therefore, we'll have a free 15-minute introduction session either via zoom or phone to see if we're the right fit for each other. Reaching out can feel daunting but I would like to make that easier for you.
