About me and my therapy practice
I believe that everyone has the potential for emotional and psychological growth, striving to achieve personal fulfilment. As an integrative counsellor, my role is to guide and support you on your unique journey. I offer compassionate inquiry and respectful challenges to help you make sense of your experiences and discover a deeper understanding of your authentic self. Through this exploration, you will be empowered to tap into your own inner resources and alleviate emotional distress along the way.
I recognise that each client is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. My practice is grounded in person-centred principles, with additional techniques drawn from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic modalities. This integrative approach allows us to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours from multiple perspectives, providing a more comprehensive path to healing and growth.
The therapeutic relationship we build together is the foundation of our work. I aim to create a warm, trusting, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore and express your feelings openly. I will work with you at your own pace, respecting your experiences while gently encouraging you to confront the patterns or challenges that may be holding you back.
Practice description
I have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, and I’m particularly passionate about supporting single parents and individuals who may feel isolated. In our work together, we can explore your emotions and thoughts, developing effective coping strategies to help you manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other life challenges.
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to offering a non-judgmental, supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings freely. While counselling is about overcoming difficulties, it also provides personal growth opportunities. Together, we’ll raise awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, ultimately enhancing your sense of well-being and empowering you to live more fully.

My first session
Before we begin working together, we’ll explore your goals and challenges in a complimentary 15-minute assessment. This allows us to determine whether we are the right fit for each other. Once we agree to work together, the next 50-minute session will be charged at £45.
I am pleased to offer an additional discount for those currently undergoing training, recognising that students may face financial challenges in seeking affordable personal therapy services
